The drinks were placed loosely in the containers. It fell over. Mess in the car. Only after repeated inquiries and requests received paper towels. And then they forgot a complete menu once, which I saw too late. But I paid for it. Impossible...

Very good staff and delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Nuggets, potatoes and fries not fried long enough. There were also no more glasses.

The staff today was some of the friendliest I have seen at any McDonald's (in any country!). Also one of the few that seems to get personalized orders right as well. Good job!

Tables should be cleaned more often, otherwise staff not very friendly but otherwise glowing

Toilets clean, service as always friendly, we got our order very quickly. As always, very good ?

Very personable, brisk staff .... delicious food and drinks ... you have to indulge yourself from time to time ..

The service was unfortunately a disaster ... Got our food over the electric. Terminal ordered, the wrong drinks and the wrong burger were on the tray! The serviceman said she brought the food to the table ... but she didn't! After a long wait I picked it up myself at the issue, unfortunately it was almost cold by then!

The manager is not exactly nice. Nevertheless, there are one or two nice employees. The food is of the same quality as in any other Macdonald.

The shop can close whenever it wants. Worst mc ever. 10 out of 10 times something was missing during the driven or if the burger lots were in parts in the bag, it is time to close the booth. It is really worth going to Altdorf, I haven't had any problems there.

Unfriendly staff Burgers are kept warm for a long time and thrown around that was the first and last time there. Staff make fun of customers. Something like that just doesn't work! The other cleans the equipment and then packs the stuff without his hands.

Nice service, one star less because they once served ice in the drink, even though it was marked in the order - no ice and no napkins.

So if as a family it is not possible for four of you to sit at a table, then close your McDonald, s best forever ?

Absolute disaster, food 9 out of 10 times cold! Orders are not packed as they are! No napkins in the bag. Constantly out of products and out of stock! Mr. Heinritzi should probably take over here, then the shop would run. In general, I find that the quality of Mc Donald's deteriorates more and more, everything tastes the same and sometimes almost like cardboard!

Food was ready quickly, but today was the cleanliness under all s ...... No clean table, toilets close. Not much going on, enough staff. What's going on with you? I know it differently

The pictures show where the problem lies. Other seats do not look much better either. The box to put back the tray was more than crowded. Even after 25 minutes no improvement. We brought our tray back to the cash register. But the bigger problem is people. How can one behave so blackly? Looks like in such people home exactly like this ... hmmm ? Lowest level.
